Stock health and replenishment watch
0 replenishment alerts
Record dated product sales to calculate explainable stock alerts.
After at least three dated sales days, Agentic Retail compares current stock with lead-time demand, safety stock and target coverage. Suggested quantities respect the configured supplier pack and minimum order. The owner-manager decides whether to order.
No stock health available
Load a site catalogue to review its products.

Expiry watch

Competitor price notebook
Record a comparable price
Record an observed price for the same brand, size, unit and pack quantity. This is manual evidence, not an online price check. Do not enter personal information. Observations do not change your price or the five-agent recommendations.
The latest 100 observations for the selected product are shown. Recheck observations older than seven days. Price differences alone do not establish profitability or justify a price change.
Archived products (0)
Archived products are hidden from active stock tasks and new analysis. Their stock, sales and recommendation history is retained. Restore a product to use it again. Product codes and barcodes remain reserved.
Record sales
Enter one daily total, or import totals from a spreadsheet.
Record deliveries and stock changes
Capture deliveries, wastage and stocktake corrections.
Add or import products
Register one product or preview an opening-stock catalogue before importing.
Human-controlled retail support
Your retail recommendations
Consider the five specialist agents before making the final business decision.

- Approve

- Reject
- Record that the suggestion does not suit your shop.
- Amend
- Choose an available alternative for this agent.

Human-controlled agent workflow
Agentic
Run the five specialist agents on your saved shop records. A run never invents records; every suggestion waits for your decision.
One coordinated workflow, five specialist roles
The agents use the same product assessment and share their findings. They produce suggestions for you to review in Recommendations.
Demand forecasting
Estimates daily product demand from the sales history supplied.
What it uses and suggests
Uses recorded sales quantities. Dated catalogue sales give more weight to recent totals; manually supplied history uses an average. Suggests a forecast for review.
Inventory
Compares stock with expected demand to suggest whether replenishment needs attention.
What it uses and suggests
Uses the demand forecast, current stock, supplier lead time and stock settings. Suggests replenishment or keeping the current stock position, with supporting quantities.
Pricing
Suggests keeping, increasing or reducing the current price based on demand and stock pressure.
What it uses and suggests
Uses the demand forecast, current stock and current price. Shows a proposed price for human review. It does not monitor competitors or change selling prices.
Procurement
Turns the inventory suggestion into a supplier-order recommendation.
What it uses and suggests
Uses the inventory recommendation, suggested quantity, supplied supplier code and lead time. Suggests reviewing an order or that no order is needed. It does not place orders.
Customer engagement
Suggests a suitable product-engagement response to demand, availability and pricing.
What it uses and suggests
Uses demand, inventory and pricing findings. May suggest a substitute, back-in-stock notice, product promotion or standard engagement. It does not require customer profiles or send messages.
How the agents share information
The existing workflow runs Demand forecasting, Inventory, Pricing, Procurement and Customer engagement, then pauses for human review. Running later does not mean an agent uses every earlier finding.
| Agent | Findings received from other agents |
|---|---|
| Demand forecasting | None; starts from the supplied sales history. |
| Inventory | Demand forecast. |
| Pricing | Demand forecast. |
| Procurement | Inventory recommendation and suggested quantity. |
| Customer engagement | Demand, inventory and pricing findings. |
You approve, reject or amend the recommendations in the live Recommendations workspace. The system records your decisions; it never automatically orders stock, changes prices or contacts customers.
Run the five-agent analysis

Not loadedPositive sales totals missing prices
Not loadedSales value is quantity × recorded price. It excludes totals with missing prices and is not profit or net revenue. Missing daily records are not treated as zero sales. Products can use different stock units; use the product ranking to compare like units.
Units sold over time
Gaps mean no totals were recorded that day. A day with some records may still be incomplete.
